Always seeking an ideal interpretation rather than perfect realism, considering connection, relationships and nostalgia. Often taking inspiration from old photos.

I enjoy imperfections or slightly ‘off’ details in finished artworks, finding it’s often these characteristics that engage and invite the viewer’s own interpretation and relationship with a piece.
